Westmount Residence

The renovation of this residence, nestled on the mountain, represented multiple challenges, from taking readings on the site to the combination of several window systems, including the installation of panels and an aluminum overlap, a first for SOLENA.

Lanterns in different formats optimize the façade’s brightness, together with Sky-Frame windows with fixed and sliding sections. The rear is lightened by corner glass curtain walls with spandrel panels, a glass railing and a Sky-Frame sliding window with triple glazing and an integrated window screen.

Focus is on the space’s comfort and fluidity.
